Job Description

Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build a product execution and delivery road-map.
Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.
Work along with Product Teams to deliver the product features on a regular basis.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Technical knowledge to embark the team on the right solution.

Requirements

Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 6+ years leading multiple complex technical projects.
Technical knowledge on how Mobile Applications work
Basic understanding of System Architecture (different components of the system)
Good knowledge of JIRA/ Confluence/ Bit Bucket & other monitoring & planning tools
Excellent hold on Program Management aspects
Good To Have: QA or DEV background, Coding knowledge, Program Management / Scrum certifications
