Role Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will orchestrate cross-functional programs that span data science, platform engineering, and go-to-market. You'll own planning, execution, and delivery for initiatives such as LLM evaluation pipelines, real-time observability services, and regulated-industry rollouts. Operating with high autonomy, you'll bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, streamline delivery across multiple fortune 500 clients

Responsibilities

• Drive Program Strategy: Translate the product roadmap into multi-quarter execution plans, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Own End-to-End Delivery: Lead agile squads through planning, development, release, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Manage Dependencies & Risk: Identify cross-team blockers and activate mitigation plans early.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the single source of truth for program status, decisions, and trade-offs across Product, Research, Security, and GTM.
• Process Improvement & Mentorship: Establish lightweight governance frameworks in tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, and mentor junior TPMs/PMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in B2B SaaS, infra, or ML/AI products.
• Deep technical fluency—comfortable discussing Kubernetes, CI/CD, model evaluation workflows, and observability stacks.
• Mastery of agile, Kanban, or shape-up methodologies and the judgment to tailor processes to team maturity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft crisp executive updates and drive consensus.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLM benchmarking, RAG systems, or agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with AI observability, testing, or monitoring tools
