What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum.
- Lead cross-functional teams working on WordPress, Webflow, ReactJS, Next.js, React Native, PHP, Python, Azure, and OpenAI and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from multiple regions.
- Prepare proposals, effort estimates, and technical documentation.
- Define project plans, milestones, sprint cycles, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and leadership teams for smooth execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through timely communication and transparent project handling.
- Support our roadmap as we transition deeper into AI-powered solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Strong understanding of modern web and mobile technologies:
- WordPress, Webflow
- ReactJS, Next.js, React Native
- PHP & Python
- Azure Cloud Services
- APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, DevOps basics
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and hands-on familiarity with OpenAI or similar LLM frameworks is a plus.
Project & Client Management Skills
- 35+ years of experience managing software development teams and client-facing technical engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle clients from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
- Exceptional time management, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

- Experience in fast-paced agency/consulting environments is a plus.
