Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager to drive product initiatives by bridging Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role requires strong C#/.NET & Web understanding, program execution, analytical thinking, communication, and an end-user mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives from requirements to development, testing, and release.
- Understand end-user needs and translate them into clear product/technical requirements.
- Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to drive solution execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a strong end-user experience.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Technical Product Management / Technical Leadership.
- Strong understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core and Web applications.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong customer/end-user-oriented thinking.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Git.
Good to Have
- Cloud experience – Azure/AWS.
- Experience with enterprise/product engineering environments.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
- Product management or customer-facing experience.
Ideal Candidate
A technical, analytical and highly communicative professional who can understand the technology, think from the end-user perspective, work effectively with Architects and Engineers, and own execution from requirement to delivery.
