About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade digital transformation programs.
This role requires a solution-oriented leader who can bridge business and technology, drive execution excellence, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects/programs from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmap
- Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft-based solutions
- Drive solutioning with High-Level Design (HLD) and review Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices
- Drive technical reviews, risk mitigation, and escalation management
- Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
Core Technology Expertise
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
- SQL Server / Azure SQL
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD Pipelines (Good to have)
- Containers / Kubernetes (Good to have)
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in Technical Project / Delivery Management
- Strong hands-on exposure to Microsoft technology stack
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Strong stakeholder management & client-facing experience
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high-performing teams
