We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager – 1 (TPM-1) to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure seamless execution of strategic programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to drive delivery excellence, manage dependencies, and enable scalable execution across multiple workstreams.
This role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining high ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of technology and business programs across multiple teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Track program progress, identify risks/blockers proactively, and drive mitigation plans.
- Facilitate sprint planning, release management, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Improve operational efficiency by defining scalable processes, program dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives on time and with quality.
- Support roadmap planning, resource coordination, and execution tracking for quarterly and annual goals.
- Drive data-backed decision-making through metrics, reviews, and program insights.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and project tracking dashboards is preferred.

- Exposure to e-commerce, retail-tech, logistics, or consumer internet businesses.
