NVIDIA's automotive software organization is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Compute Safety execution within DRIVE OS while shaping a Program Intelligence Platform that improves visibility, traceability, automation, and execution rigor across engineering programs. This role blends safety execution, cross-functional program management, and hands-on platform improvement the right candidate will manage complex automotive software delivery while helping build internal capabilities that improve how teams plan, track, and execute.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive DLA program execution in DRIVE OS, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional reviews
Own planning, tracking, and delivery of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity), and Automotive SPICE work products
Partner with software, safety, verification, quality, and architecture teams to align execution with release goals and ensure audit readiness
Identify, escalate, and mitigate schedule, technical, resource, and compliance risks
Improve operating rhythms, execution transparency, and cross-team coordination across DTK and DriveOS T2 teams, while identifying bottlenecks and driving scalable process and tooling improvements
Contribute to a Program Intelligence Platform through workflows, dashboards, integrations, and automation aligned to program needs
Use Python and modern web/data technologies to improve tracking, reporting, traceability, and decision support, including integration of LLM/GenAI capabilities
Work with branching strategies, release workflows, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
What We Need To See
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering course, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical program management experience in a matrixed engineering environment
Experience with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE exposure to ISO 21434 is a plus
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release planning, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with web technologies, APIs, or data systems
Technical depth to engage effectively with engineering teams and contribute to tooling or automation efforts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
