NVIDIA's automotive software organization is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Compute Safety execution within DRIVE OS while shaping a Program Intelligence Platform that improves visibility, traceability, automation, and execution rigor across engineering programs. This role blends safety execution, cross-functional program management, and hands-on platform improvement; the right candidate will manage complex automotive software delivery while helping build internal capabilities that improve how teams plan, track, and execute.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive DLA program execution in DRIVE OS, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional reviews
- Own planning, tracking, and delivery of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity), and Automotive SPICE work products
- Partner with software, safety, verification, quality, and architecture teams to align execution with release goals and ensure audit readiness
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate schedule, technical, resource, and compliance risks
- Improve operating rhythms, execution transparency, and cross-team coordination across DTK and DriveOS T2 teams, while identifying bottlenecks and driving scalable process and tooling improvements
- Contribute to a Program Intelligence Platform through workflows, dashboards, integrations, and automation aligned to program needs
- Use Python and modern web/data technologies to improve tracking, reporting, traceability, and decision support, including integration of LLM/GenAI capabilities
- Work with branching strategies, release workflows, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
What We Need To See
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering course, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in a matrixed engineering environment
- Experience with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE; exposure to ISO 21434 is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release planning, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with web technologies, APIs, or data systems
- Technical depth to engage effectively with engineering teams and contribute to tooling or automation efforts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd
- Safety execution in automotive platform software, embedded systems, or other safety-critical products.
- Audits, assessments, or evidence packages for ISO 26262 / ASPICE.
- Internal tools or dashboards that improved execution quality or efficiency.
- GenAI or LLM experience for workflow automation or program operations.
