Sciometrix is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) /Tech lead to lead a team of developers responsible for building and enhancing applications, features, automations, and reporting solutions that support our Finance and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery (Primary Focus) :
- Lead and manage a team of developers delivering finance and RCM-related applications and enhancements.
- Own end-to-end program execution - from requirements gathering through release and post-production support.
- Prioritize development roadmap aligned with Finance and RCM business goals.
- Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and delivery milestones.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, dependency management, and release cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of features impacting eligibility, claims processing, remittance, denials, patient billing, and reporting etc.
Finance & RCM Systems Enablement
- Partner with Finance and RCM leadership to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Design system enhancements that improve :
- Claim submission accuracy
- Bank transaction accuracy
- Reporting and reconciliation processes
- Support data accuracy, MIS and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership.
- 4+years of hands-on development experience (backend or full stack preferred).
- Experience leading small engineering teams or managing cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in backend projects.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare technology or health-tech startups.
- Experience in RCM automation or billing platform development.
- Exposure to financial reporting systems and reconciliation workflows.
- Familiarity with clearinghouses and claims submission standards (e.g., HL7, EDI 837/835).
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
