Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Project / Program Management.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex, large-scale technical projects.

• Strong background in Technical Program Management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations

• Expertise in risk management and issue resolution

• Strong experience with resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet

• Proven experience with vendor management and selection

• Strong Agile principles with hands-on experience promoting agile methodologies.
