Role Summary

We are seeking aProgram Managerwith strongprocurement domain expertiseto lead crossfunctional, enterprisescale programs acrossBusiness, Engineering, and Operations. This role focuses on delivering scalable procurement solutions and driving outcomes throughAI and agentic capabilities, leveraging theMicrosoft enterprise technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliverendtoend programsin the Procurement and Purchasing domain.

Partner withBusiness, Engineering, and Operationsto align strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics, drive execution with operational rigor.

Enable adoption ofAI, agentic workflows, and automationacross procurement processes.

Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure governance, compliance, and process adherence across procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

510 years of experienceinProgram Management, delivering crossfunctional, enterprise programs.

Prior experience in Procurement/Purchasing, including sourcing, buying, vendor management, or procurement systems.

Proven experience working acrossBusiness, Engineering, and Opsin a matrixed environment.

Exposure toAI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutionsin enterprise platforms.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Tech Stack Understanding

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft platforms such asAzure,Power Platform, andDynamics 365 / ERP systemssupporting procurement and business workflows.
• Understanding ofdata, analytics, and reportingusing Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Exposure toenterprise AI capabilities, including automation, intelligent agents, and workflow orchestration built on Microsoft technologies
