About this Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to strengthen delivery execution across multiple projects.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery discipline, and operations.
This is not a Scrum Master role.
This is not a pure Project Manager role.
This is a hands-on delivery coordination role with a clear growth path into PMO / Operations.
If you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, working closely with engineering teams, and making delivery predictable this role is for you.
What you will do
- Work closely with Tech Leads to break down milestones into executable plans
- Track delivery across multiple projects and surface risks early
- Ensure timelines, dependencies, and priorities are clearly visible
- Coordinate across engineering teams without micromanaging
- Bring discipline to execution, reporting, and follow-ups
- Build a deep understanding of delivery cost drivers (people, infra, overruns)
- Support leadership with clear, factual delivery updates
- Build strong relationship with clients
Over time, this role can evolve into a PMO / Operations role, based on performance and trust.
What you will not do
- You will not own sales
- You will not be a Jira-only coordinator
- You will not manage people formally (initially)
- You will not act as Finance or HR
What we are looking for
- 36 years of experience in tech delivery / program management / engineering coordination
- Strong understanding of how engineering teams work
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset you flag issues early, not after failure
- Comfortable working behind the scenes to make teams effective
- Calm, structured, and detail-oriented
Good to have
- Prior experience working with distributed engineering teams
- Exposure to SaaS, platforms, or consulting environments
- Interest in growing into Operations / PMO responsibilities
