Technical Program Manager II

• Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and issue types as and when needed
• Set up and manage Jira boards, filters, dashboards, and reports using JQL.
• Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Identify inefficiencies in Jira usage and propose improvements.
• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure Jira reflects best practices.
• Document Jira processes and provides training to users as needed.
• Support integrations between Jira and other tools
• Hands-on experience configuring Jira automation and scripting (e.g., Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or REST API).
• Act as Scrum Master for a couple of scrum teams with a focus on coaching the teams towards improving the delivery of value
• Closely work help Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end program management covering technical and non-technical functionalities across a multiple, cross-functional program landscape
• While JIRA would be the primary focus, the candidate may be expected to lead Drive programs independently as a Program Manager/TPM.

Qualifications

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum practitioner working in an agile environment
• Jira Cloud Admin certifications are an added advantage
• CSM, CAPM or similar certifications are an added advantage
• BE (IT / CS) - preferred
