We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager to lead complex healthcare technology programs and drive successful client delivery across multiple stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, and can effectively partner with Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the primary owner for client delivery, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing program execution, stakeholder communication, delivery governance, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability from program kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Product, Data, Implementation, and Client teams.
• Create and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent client programs.

Client Leadership

• Act as the primary client-facing delivery owner and escalation point.
• Provide transparent communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive mitigation plans and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure timely resolution of delivery blockers.

Scope & Change Management

• Own scope management and change control processes.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to manage priorities and trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery commitments.

Governance & Reporting

• Establish delivery governance frameworks and reporting cadences.
• Track and report KPIs related to delivery health and client satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly program dashboards, executive updates, and status reports.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise technology programs or client-facing project deliveries.
• 6+ years of experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading software delivery programs involving Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1 institution Must.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work from the office five days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare technology or healthcare IT experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud-based platforms, data platforms, or AI-driven products.
