We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the execution of cross-functional programs that deliver value to our customers and align with our growth objectives.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage and deliver complex, high-impact programs across engineering, product, customer success, and support teams. You will act as a critical link between stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to define program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring execution aligns with company priorities using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful and timely program delivery.
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, acting as the primary point of contact for program updates.
• Provide regular program status updates, metrics, and milestone reports to leadership.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to optimize program execution and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in a SaaS, deep tech, or data integration environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of data integration, data pipelines, or related technologies is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with program management tools like Jira, Confluence, and others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear updates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
