Job Description

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Senior Gaming Operations Technical Program Manager.

This role sits within a global gaming platform operations team responsible for supporting developer onboarding, content quality review, and operational excellence across an online gaming ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Operations teams to ensure review pipelines remain reliable, scalable, and efficient.

You will operate at the intersection of program management, operations, and process improvement, driving operational health, incident management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TPM or operations leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Operations, QA Management, or Developer Support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational workflows, service queues, SLAs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using dashboards, reporting tools, ticketing systems, and operational tracking platforms.
  • Experience analysing operational metrics and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Exposure to AI tools and a passion for leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience with gaming platforms, app review operations, digital marketplaces, or platform ecosystems will be highly advantageous.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Job Description

This role focuses on driving operational excellence across large-scale game review and developer support processes. You will partner with global cross-functional teams to optimise review pipelines, improve operational efficiency, and develop scalable processes supported by automation and AI.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end review operations across quality, application, and policy review workflows.
  • Manage developer issue triage, operational escalations, and feedback processes.
  • Define, monitor, and improve SLAs, quality benchmarks, and operational performance metrics.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements and workflow automation.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Trust & Safety, Quality Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver scalable operational solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational playbooks, escalation frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts for operational disruptions.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into operational health and business performance.
  • Drive AI adoption to improve operational workflows and reduce manual coordination over time.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across multiple time zones.
