Job Description

Our client is a leading MultiTech social media company. They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Gaming Operations) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end review operations for Instant Games, including quality, app, policy review processes, and triage flows for game developer-reported issues and feedback.
  • Define, track, and optimize SLAs, quality benchmarks, and throughput metrics across all review pipelines to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements and automation-including AI training-to reduce cycle times and operational overhead.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Trust & Safety, Quality Engineering, and Product teams to align review standards and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation for review pipeline disruptions, while building reporting to monitor review health, trends, and performance for leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in operations coordination, QA management, program management, and developer support management within platform or app ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage queues, track SLAs, and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
  • Familiarity in using AI tools to create / streamline operational processes would be an added advantage.
  • Strong written communication skills for developer-facing notes, rejection feedback, status updates, and documentation.
  • Proficient in working with internal dashboards, tracking systems, and collaboration tools to support operational processes.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
