Job Title: Play Operations Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
We're looking for a seasoned Play Operations TPM to optimize review pipelines, coordinate developer issues, and improve operational efficiency. You'll lead incident response, automate processes with AI, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth, scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end review processes and developer triage
- Track SLAs, quality, and throughput metrics
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
- Develop operational playbooks and reporting
- Support program planning for key initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in operations, QA, program management, or developer support
- Skilled in managing queues, SLAs, and cross-team coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with dashboards, tracking systems, and collaboration tools
Preferred:
- Knowledge of game/app store ecosystems
- Experience with AI workflows and process automation
- Background with platform companies like Google Play, Apple, or consoles
