We enable finance teams to delegate, not just automate, by replacing fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that work 24*7 across systems, subsidiaries, and time zones. Fenmo's AI co-workers collaborate with accounting teams to resolve AR, AP, and close reconciliations like a human would, without changing ERPs or adding dashboards.

Built by second-time founders from IITs with 15+ years of combined experience in finance and technology, Fenmo is designed to eliminate real-world finance ops pain points and help teams focus on decisions and strategy.

We are looking for a high-agency TPM who will take ownership of how modern finance teams operate with AI.

At Fenmo, the goal is not incremental efficiency. We are rebuilding finance operations as a system where execution is continuous, auditable, and driven by intelligent agents. This role sits at the center of that transformation.

You will work directly with customers to ensure their core finance workflows are not just completed, but run with a level of reliability that traditional teams cannot achieve. This is an operator role where you design, enforce, and scale real-world financial Ops into repeatable outcomes — combining AI capabilities, lightweight tooling, and disciplined process design.

• Own finance operations outcomes for a set of customers.
• Operate as the control center and execution layer across systems and teams.
• Translate operational insights into structured solutions and product inputs.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, finance, analytics, or consulting roles.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into executable steps.
• Drive execution across teams through clarity, ownership, and outcomes—not positional authority.
• Working familiarity with basic scripting (Python/Apps Script) and LLM tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.).
• Top-tier pedigree preferred (however, not a substitute for agency and exceptional hands-on experience).

• Ability to independently break down problems and ship solutions.
• High agency, ownership mindset, and bias for execution.
• Knows how to unlock max efficiency working with LLM assistants.
• Move fast with minimal supervision in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
