DroneStark develops advanced UAV platforms and autonomous systems for defence, public safety, industrial, and enterprise applications. Our programmes span engineering, manufacturing, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex aerial systems.
We are seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Technical Program Manager to coordinate multiple concurrent engineering programmes and maintain visibility across projects, resources, equipment, teams, vendors, and deployment activities.
This role is suited for candidates who have managed engineering products from design through manufacturing and deployment and are comfortable working in fast-paced technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple simultaneous engineering and operational programmes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans using Microsoft Project.
- Convert programme schedules into actionable tasks and manage execution using project tracking platforms such as Asana or Jira.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, testing, deployment, and operations teams.
- Maintain visibility across resource allocation, including personnel, drones, payloads, batteries, equipment, manufacturing capacity, and field assets.
- Track project risks, bottlenecks, vendor dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fabrication partners, testing agencies, and customers.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, action trackers, and management reports.
- Support operational planning, field trials, demonstrations, and deployment readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering project management, programme management, manufacturing operations, robotics, aerospace, automotive, industrial systems, or defence-related projects.
- Experience managing projects involving physical products from design through manufacturing and deployment.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, manufacturing lead times, procurement dependencies, and product development cycles.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
