Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in full-stack web application architecture and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with project leadership, ensuring successful delivery of complex software initiatives from conception to deployment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, overseeing architecture and design standards, and driving continuous improvement across development and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of full-stack application development initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
• Oversee Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive alignment between business goals, technical design, and implementation.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance on application architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Support teams in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices. Microservices-Based Architecture, MVC patterns etc.,
• Promote test-driven development (TDD) and robust CI/CD processes.
• Ensure effective use of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable and secure applications. Hands-on experience working with Dockers, Kubernetes and containerized applications

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between engineering teams and leadership, ensuring technical clarity and business alignment.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
• Work closely with pre-sales teams on solutioning, estimations, and RFP responses.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigations to senior management and clients.

Continuous Improvement

• Strong Experience on Presales and Solution selling.
• Drive standardization and optimization in application design, development, and deployment processes.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams to improve performance and delivery quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovations aligned with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of .NET and/or Java web frameworks, NodeJS, and front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript, React).
• Experience designing and managing REST and SOAP APIs (Web API, WCF).
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases and query optimization.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Working knowledge of Containerizing applications using Docker or Kubernetes
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design, architecture patterns, and scalable web application design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall experience in software development and architecture.
• 4+ years in a project or technical leadership role.
• At least 3 Projects as Technical Project Manager
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum-based projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
