Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).
- Experience with co-location and large-scale data center operations.
- Experience with operations third-party colocation environments, including familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data networking architectures and physical network components.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee global management of capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules across GDN. Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early, collaborating on process improvements and communicating.
- Work with planning to understand the plan of record and ensure dependent projects are on time to support the schedule of downstream dependencies. Work with partner teams to ensure project priorities are aligned, resources are secured, and logistics is on point with material storage and delivery.
- Work with NDI, Edge and WAN to ensure deliverables are managed and delivered to the overall schedule, participate and contribute to business reviews providing global deployment and capacity updates. Document patterns, spikes, lesson learned and improve deployment times.
- Provide health reports highlighting wins, risk, and upcoming demands. Create, implement and drive the escalation process.
