About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager Data & Analytics with a strong delivery track record and extensive experience in data migration, modernization programs. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale data initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, handling financials, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong stakeholder communication, risk governance capabilities, and the ability to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects, including large-scale data migration and modernization initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and budget commitments
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Data Expertise
- Drive planning and execution of complex data migration programs
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover strategies
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
- Mitigate risks associated with legacy system transitions
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
- Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team productivity
- Foster collaboration across technology and business units
- Team Ramp up/ Staffing experience
- Financial & Operations Management
- Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and margin management
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure financial governance and reporting to leadership
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks
- Manage issue resolution through structured escalation processes
- Maintain RAID logs and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business users, and technical teams
- Provide clear executive-level reporting and project dashboards
- Manage client expectations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 18+ years of experience in IT project/program management
- Strong experience in Data & Analytics programs and Data Migration projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs successfully
- Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL processes, data warehousing, cloud data ecosystems
- Experience managing large, distributed teams
- Strong financial management and operational oversight experience
- Excellent risk management and governance capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
