Job Description

Assist the Technology Program Manager in coordinating and scheduling meetings between various team involved in software development and maintenance.
Assist in writing and reviewing Infrastructure Project Plans.
Monitor and prioritize Jira tickets, ensuring timely updates and adherence to workflows.
Schedule Sprint deployments taking care of approved downtimes and provide periodic updates related to Sprint and hotfix deployments to stakeholders.
Mediate between DEV, QA, and DevOps teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Engage in sprint, security team meetings, to help prioritize infrastructure tickets with the Product team.
Document project reports, tracking project progress and identifying roadblocks.
Coordinate with business and DevOps teams to schedule downtimes for maintenance activities.
Communicate process information, downtimes, and project execution status to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and assist in eliminating roadblocks in project or task execution, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage GIT access, including repository creation and access management.
Support overall access management on various platforms as needed.
Ensure Change management practices are followed for project and task execution.
Foster a culture of adherence to processes and encourage team members to follow established workflows.
