Technical Program Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive operational excellence and product development. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills, acting as a bridge between engineering, IT, and business teams. The TPM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Drive project commitments and accountability across teams
• Set and track milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules
• Implement communication plans and provide regular updates
• Build strong relationships with business leaders
• Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver projects efficiently
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress
• Analyze data trends to guide strategic decisions
• Apply technical acumen in system architecture, API design, and financial systems
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in crossfunctional environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Confluence/JIRA
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
