Technical Program Manager

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale engineering and modernization initiatives across multiple teams.

Mandatory Experience

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience within engineering or technology organizations
• 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in software development, system design, or technical architecture

What you'll bring

• Experience driving large, cross-functional technical programs with significant business or engineering impact
• Ability to build and structure programs from the ground up, including defining goals, success measures, governance, and execution processes
• Strong experience managing dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
• Technical depth to work effectively with engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• A track record of delivering measurable outcomes beyond just timelines and project completion

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation who have transitioned into Technical Program Management and have experience driving complex engineering programs end to end.
