Technical Program Manager

AndPayments is hiring: Technical Program Manager (PMO) | Noida

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own project delivery across AndPayments — reporting directly to our CTSO. This is an individual contributor role: you'll drive outcomes through influence, process, and cross-team coordination, not direct reports.

You'll be the single source of truth on what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs a decision — across Engineering, AI, Product, Design, Compliance, and vendor teams working on payments, RegTech, PPI, and hardware launches.

What you'll do

• Own a real-time view of every active project and report status to the CTSO
• Run the delivery cadence — standups, sprint reviews, cross-team syncs
• Turn messy weekly updates into crisp executive reporting
• Coordinate engineering, compliance, and vendor milestones across products
• Manage external vendors end-to-end — scope, SLAs, quality, escalations
• Map dependencies and resolve priority/resourcing conflicts before they cause delays
• Design lightweight PM processes that create clarity without slowing teams down
• Use AI tools to draft reports and synthesize information at speed

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in program/project management in fast-moving tech or product environments
• A track record of running multiple complex projects in parallel and delivering on time
• Strong technical fluency — enough to challenge estimates and spot risk
• Excellent written communication
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience
• Working knowledge of Jira, Linear, or Asana
• Comfort with incomplete information and shifting priorities
• PMP certification is a must
• Fintech, payments, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
