Role Summary

:We are seeking a strategic and driven professional with around 7 years of experience to lead initiatives in business development and program management focused on our Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio. This role bridges technology, business strategy, and execution, aiming to maximize the commercial and strategic value of IP assets while driving innovation and collaboration across teams

Key Responsibilitie

s:Strategic Business Developmen

• t:Identify and evaluate new business opportunities leveraging the IP portfoli
• o.Develop and execute IP monetization strategies including licensing, partnerships, and joint venture
• s.Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform IP positioning and strategic directio
• n.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, and industry stakeholder

s.IP Portfolio Managemen

• t:Collaborate with R&D and legal teams to assess and prioritize IP filing
• s.Analyze the strength, relevance, and commercial potential of existing IP asset
• s.Recommend actions for portfolio optimization including pruning, licensing, or enforcemen

t.Strategic IP Program Managemen

• t:Lead cross-functional programs to align IP strategy with business and technology goal
