Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Product Writer, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Technical Product Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation and manuals for software products. The primary duties include producing well-structured technical guides, explaining complex concepts in simple terms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all documentation aligns with product specifications. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 yrs of experience
• Proficiency & experience with Saas/ B2B domain
• Proficiency in Technical Communication and Technical Writing
• Experience in creating Technical Documentation and Manuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and documentation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in software or technology-related industries is an advantage
