Job Summary:
As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our healthcare products by providing in-depth product knowledge, training, and support to both internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for managing product lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with clients to ensure that our products meet their needs. Your experience working with offshore teams, especially North American clients, will be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise & Support:
Provide in-depth knowledge and support for our healthcare products, acting as the go-to expert on product functionality, features, and benefits.
Ensure that product information is communicated clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Engage with North American clients and offshore teams to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure that product solutions meet their needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from clients, helping to drive product improvements and successful product launches.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment on product delivery and client expectations.
Training & Presentations:
Conduct product training sessions for both internal teams and external clients to ensure proper product usage and integration into healthcare environments.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Participate in the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
Track product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Offshore Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, managing communication and project timelines to ensure timely and efficient product delivery and client support.
Experience working with North American clients and understanding the nuances of offshore collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in product management or as a product specialist, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of healthcare products, technologies, and industry regulations.
Previous experience working with offshore teams, particularly those in North America, is essential.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients across different regions and time zones.
Experience in training and presenting to clients and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
