About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join the Payment Infrastructure Product Management team. In this role, you will drive the evolution of platform and infrastructure microservices, working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Experience in Payments / Financial Services domain.
- 8–12 years of experience in Banking / Payments / Financial Systems.
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, Architect, or Requirements Analyst.
- Strong background in designing end-to-end product solutions.
Technical Skills :
- Java (11+), JSP / Angular
- Kafka, Apache Camel, Vert.X
- PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Kubernetes, JBoss / WildFly / WebLogic, MQ
- Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Logstash
- Strong understanding of Cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Distributed systems design
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze market trends and define product capabilities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Review and validate delivered features for quality and completeness.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Participate in customer discussions to gather and refine requirements.
