We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will lead a major business project with a good mix of firmware technical skills and project management skills to run a squad working on product development for H&D.
Primary Skills (Technical Competency):
Overall 8 to 12 years of experience in web full stack development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and any server-side language (such as Lua, Python, Ruby, or similar)
Working experience with any JavaScript MVC frameworks like Ext JS, Angular, React, etc.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, SQLite, Redis, etc.
Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members while fostering collaboration, guiding the team in resolving technical challenges, contributing to design discussions, and participating in code reviews.
Awareness of design principles, design patterns, performance parameters like memory / CPU utilization.
Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including Offer Marketing and Solution Owners, to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX design, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, technical documentation, and third-party suppliers.
Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and bridging the gap between technical and business perspectives.
Experience in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlog items in JIRA to facilitate smooth project execution.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, enabling effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes.
Capable of overall project planning, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and allocating resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills to report project status, address roadblocks, and facilitate discussions with team members and key stakeholders.
