Own the product vision and roadmap for premium billing and reconciliation capabilities, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. Build a product that encompasses - Group Billing, Individual Billing, Medicare Billing & reconciliation, Medicaid Billing & Reconciliation, Marketplace Exchange Billing Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, compliance to gather and prioritize requirements. Define and maintain a product backlog with clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with cross-functional teams. Ensure seamless integration with EDI 820 processing, accounts receivable systems, and payment reconciliation workflows. Partner with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
