- At least 3 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience owning a product backlog and translating customer requirements into user stories and technical specifications for cloud-based software solutions.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and their scaling (SAFe), and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritisation skills with a quality-conscious, solution-oriented working style and hands-on mentality from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with passion and enthusiasm for digital products, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment. Fluent in English; German is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for medical device software (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) would be an added advantage.
- being encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially
- working in global teams and projects
- developing yourself professionally
