Key Responsibilities

Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to standards and methodologies
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and process flows
Support overall testing process (User Acceptance Testing)
Conduct requirement sessions, end-user workshops, and brainstorming sessions with SMEs, clients, and business users.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Translate business requirements to functional design
Clear & timely communication; Technically proficient
Demonstrated experience working in Agile environment that uses Jira/Confluence (writing user stories, documenting acceptance criteria)
Experience with process flows, block diagrams, sequence diagrams
User Acceptance Testing and helping to triage defects as they arise
Proficiency and experience in Use Cases, scenarios, Process flows
Understanding of Telecom - Product/Service, Order Management, Provisioning, Fulfillment, ETOM processes/APIs
High level design - Flow charts, Sequence diagrams, Interface Specs
Testing - Test scenarios, Test result validation, test automation Database - SQL queries
Understanding of Graph QL, REST API, Postman,Json, xml.
Understanding of agile roles, features, stories, workflow.
