Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Product Management
○ Oversee software development for Travel products and services, including Flights, Hotels, and
Payment Gateways.
○ Develop and refine product designs iteratively using Agile methodologies.
● Development and Delivery
○ Analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and test software deliverables.
○ Manage product development processes using Scaled Agile methodology, including roadmap
creation and stakeholder negotiation.
● Tools and Processes
○ Use JIRA for creating and managing user stories, tasks, and work progress.
○ Escalate delays and issues to the reporting manager.
● Innovation and Improvement
○ Stay updated on modern technologies and innovations to enhance product and service offerings.
Requirements
● Technical Expertise
○ Proficiency in travel technologies and online travel systems.
○ Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Management.
○ Knowledge of internet protocols and web server communications (HTTP, web sockets, RESTful
APIs).
○ Experience with software development tools like JIRA and creating product roadmaps.
● Product Management Skills
○ Ability to manage software for travel products including Flights, Hotels, and Payment Gateways.
○ Capability to develop product designs iteratively using Agile principles.
○ Experience in managing product development, creating roadmaps, and negotiating with
stakeholders.
● Analytical and Project Management Skills
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
○ Experience in analyzing issues/bugs, prioritizing tasks, and testing software deliverables.
○ Proficiency in providing effort and time estimates, and ensuring delivery within timelines.
