If you are NOT passionate about software, this role is not for you. You must be very technical.
The Role
This is not a roadmap-and-meetings product manager role.
You will own products from idea to production -- working directly with founders and engineers to define problems, prioritize solutions, write detailed product requirements, and ensure high-quality execution. You must be comfortable working closely with highly technical engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy and execution across multiple AI initiatives
- Work directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand business problems
- Convert customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Prioritize features based on customer impact, engineering effort, and business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams throughout development
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product delivery
- Define success metrics and continuously improve products based on customer feedback
- Ensure products are intuitive, scalable, and solve real-world business challenges
- Coordinate launches and communicate product updates across stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Senior Software Engineer
- Extremely high ownership attitude, and you must be very technical
- Passion for software/AI
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Ability to write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- High ownership with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity
