Responsibilities
- Understand Simplotel's business, our customers requirements, and our tech stack to define features/products that help accelerate the business. Partner with business stakeholders and customers to shape the product vision and continually manage a prioritized roadmap.
- Develop detailed technical and product specifications, defining product architecture, schema, APIs, and functional responsibilities, and work with engineers and AI Agents to get these features developed and launched to deliver business value.
- Project manage the work and priorities of the engineering team to maximize speed of delivery and unblock engineers when they hit hurdles. Create and manage the delivery plan with high quality and timeliness rigor.
- Run A/B tests to optimize performance and measure and publish the overall business impact.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in Product/Program Management in a technology-driven environment.
- Prior hands-on experience in developing software is a must. Have a good understanding of database schemas, APIs, and engineering architecture.
- Strong quantitative and business skills.
- Strong experience working with engineers and AI to bring products and features to market with high velocity.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to keep multiple projects on track.
- Hands-on and proactive in exploring new tools, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage AI for rapid prototyping, design creation, and problem-solving.
- Engineering Degree and MBA preferred; neither is required.
