We're looking for a Product Platform Knowledge Expert / Strategist to join TraceLink, the world's largest Agentic Business Network for life sciences and healthcare.

In this strategic role, you'll:

✨ Own the messaging and positioning for the OPUS Platform.

✨ Develop executive-level narratives for CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Enterprise Architects.

✨ Build AI- and LLM-ready knowledge frameworks that power sales enablement and customer engagement.

✨ Create platform playbooks, competitive positioning, executive presentations, and knowledge assets.

✨ Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Solution Consulting to shape the future of our platform story.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Platform Strategy, Solution Consulting, or Analyst roles.

✔️ Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, APIs, data models, interoperability, SaaS ecosystems, and platform architecture.

✔️ Outstanding storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.

✔️ Experience creating strategic content such as whitepapers, platform briefs, architecture narratives, or competitive analyses.

✔️ Familiarity with AI, LLMs, RAG, or knowledge management for AI-enabled experiences is a strong advantage.
