Technical Product Manager

We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with specialized knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem to drive our RCM and Authorization platforms forward. In this role, you'll partner with engineering teams, clinical subject matter experts, AI/automation specialists, customer operations, and US-based clients to develop intelligent, scalable, compliance-first solutions.

You'll need hands-on experience with US healthcare operations and a solid grasp of the intricacies involved in claims processing, eligibility verification, medical coding, prior authorization, and clinical data workflows. Your strength lies in transforming complex business challenges into elegant, high-impact product experiences.

The right candidate brings a track record of building and managing healthcare technology products, understands US healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835), and knows how to leverage modern AI tools to enhance discovery, analysis, and product innovation.

You'll also shape UI/UX direction, develop design systems, and build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or AI-powered design platforms. Leading product demos, training sessions, and customer onboarding workshops will be key to driving adoption and ensuring product success.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for US healthcare technology solutions
• Convert business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market dynamics

Execution & Delivery

• Partner with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
• Deliver high-quality features and enhancements on schedule

US Healthcare Expertise

• Apply deep understanding of US healthcare workflows, payer systems, provider requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and industry standards compliance
• Manage requirements around HL7, FHIR, EDI transactions, claims processing, prior authorization, and clinical data exchange

AI & Technology Enablement

• Leverage AI tools for product discovery, user research, prototyping, automation, and documentation
• Identify strategic opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into product features
• Stay current on generative AI, predictive modeling, and healthcare intelligence innovations

UI/UX & Product Experience

• Develop and refine design systems and UI patterns
• Build prototypes and wireframes using Figma or AI-powered design tools
• Create cohesive, intuitive user experiences that drive adoption

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Bridge communication across engineering, design, operations, and sales teams
• Partner with US-based clients, users, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Support go-to-market planning, product training, and customer onboarding initiatives

• Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• 4+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on US healthcare products
• Strong knowledge of:
• HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC guidelines
• HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, CPT/ICD codes, clinical data structures
• Claims, eligibility, prior authorization, care management, or clinical workflows
• Proficiency with modern AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, analytics AI, automation tools)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities

• Experience with AI/ML healthcare products or clinical decision support systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Previous experience working with US clients or distributed teams
• Technical background with understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
