What you'll build:
SAP Cloud Integration, part of SAP Integration Suite, enables customers to connect applications, data, and processes across SAP and non-SAP landscapes in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It provides rich capabilities for designing, executing, monitoring, and operating enterprise-grade integrations at scale, supporting event-driven, API-led, and process-based integration patterns. As customers modernize their landscapes and adopt cloud, AI-driven extensibility, and composable architectures, SAP Cloud Integration plays a foundational role in ensuring seamless, reliable, and secure business process integration.
As a Product Manager for SAP Cloud Integration, you will define, own, and evolve the product strategy for building, running, and operating integrations that power mission-critical business processes. You will work closely with multiple development teams responsible for specific capability areas such as design-time tooling, runtime and scalability, monitoring and operations, security and governance, and content lifecycle. Your focus will be on translating customer integration requirements into scalable, resilient, and easy-to-use product capabilities.
This role requires a strong passion for product definition, deep customer understanding, and curiosity for modern integration technologies and cloud-native architectures. The goal is to continuously enhance developer and integration specialist productivity while improving reliability, observability, and operational excellence. You will leverage customer feedback, usage insights, and operational data to drive roadmap decisions and deliver measurable customer value. The role operates within SAP's harmonized product operating model (HPOM) and requires close collaboration with Development Managers, Architects, Developers, UX Designers, and other Product Managers across Integration Suite and SAP BTP.
The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, platform, security, and ecosystem teams to drive integration standards, governance, and lifecycle management. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, technical fluency in enterprise integration patterns, and the ability to balance customer needs with scalability, performance, and long-term platform strategy, enabling customers to confidently run their integration landscapes at scale.

The Sub Solution Area Integration within Business Technology Platform is responsible for SAP's strategic integration platform products and cloud services. This includes SAP Integration Suite on the Business Technology Platform, which is offering integration capabilities for heterogenous and hybrid landscapes of our enterprise customers, such as A2A and B2B integrations, API Management, Event based Integrations, and integrating with non-SAP applications. We are delivering into and operating 20k plus customers, both direct customers using SAP's integration platform, as well as customers using our technology indirectly via embedment into SAP cloud applications. Our major locations for engineering and operations are India, Germany, Sofia and China.
