Technical Product Manager

Job Purpose

Define cloud portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, GPUaaS, AI Platform, BaaS, DRaaS). Align offerings with customer demand and market . Develop service catalog, pricing, Work with architecture & engineering to translate business needs into features.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the cloud portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, GPUaaS, AI/ML Platform, BaaS, DRaaS).

• Identify demand, adoption trends, and competitive positioning.

• Develop and maintain the service catalog with clear service descriptions, SLAs, and pricing models.

• Drive cost modeling and TCO/ROI frameworks to ensure profitability and competitive pricing.

• Collaborate with architecture & engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical features and services.

• Create go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including positioning, packaging, and launch plans for new services.

• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, revenue growth, margins, customer satisfaction).

• Work with sales & pre-sales teams to enable effective customer engagement through playbooks, training, and collateral.

• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (e.g., MeitY, DPDP Act, RBI, SEBI guidelines) for relevant services.

• Continuously optimize offerings based on feedback loops from customers, partners, and operations.

Experience & Educational Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)

BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

• About 6-10 Years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of Cloud Services Portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, GPUaaS, AI/ML platforms, BaaS, DRaaS).

• Experience in product management lifecycle – from strategy to roadmap, launch, and adoption.

• Ability to collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to design scalable solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud compliance & regulatory frameworks in India.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decisions.

• Knowledge in multi and hybrid cloud design and maintenance

• Competent in communication and presentation skills
