Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead Finance Automation and AI-driven initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and product management capabilities to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and data specialists to drive product development, prioritization, and delivery. This role will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation while maintaining high standards of governance, security, and performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and managing both strategic planning and execution.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in hands-on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or automation).
• MBA from a premier institute with 5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management roles.
• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, data platforms, and automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, product backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in Finance automation, digital transformation, or enterprise AI initiatives.
• Exposure to Data Engineering ecosystems (Data pipelines, Data Lakes, Databricks, SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Generative AI / AI-driven automation use cases in enterprise settings.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments with governance or compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven product decisions.
