The Role: Technical Product Manager IoT Platforms
We're looking for a Technical Product / Program Manager who can own end-to-end execution of
IoT products, work deeply with engineering and hardware teams, and scale products across
geographies and verticals. This role sits at the intersection of IoT product execution, embedded systems, and cloud platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, production, and customer deployments, ensuring predictable delivery while managing dependencies across hardware,
firmware, cloud, and operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end execution of IoT products including planning, execution, monitoring, and
delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration
with stakeholders
- Manage resource allocation, team bandwidth, and delivery commitments across multiple
parallel initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Embedded, AI, Cloud, Hardware, QA, Ops, and
- Customer teams)
- Define, track, and report OKRs, supporting performance-based evaluations
- Handle task planning across R&D, production, and customer-level deployments
- Continuously monitor progress and publish structured status reports on milestones, risks, and
dependencies
- Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture across hybrid and distributed teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Proactively resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and manage risks impacting delivery
- Prepare project-level data for financial tracking and leadership / stakeholder visibility
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Mandatory: Proven experience managing IoT-based products, preferably involving embedded
devices and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system dependencies, and delivery
frameworks
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, firmware, and
cloud
- Solid exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Minimum 4+ years of people or delivery management experience in IoT / Embedded product
development
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking OKRs and performance metrics
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI-based products, especially Computer Vision or Deep Learning systems
- Experience working with ADAS, Telematics, Automotive, or Mobility platforms
- Understanding of data pipelines, edge-to-cloud architectures, and AI model deployment workflows
- Experience supporting customer pilots, production rollouts, and global deployments
