Job Description

  • Opportunity to work with a leading global setup
  • Opportunity to work on latest tech stacks

About Our Client

The organisation operates as a global financial technology (FinTech) company that builds enterprise banking and insurance software.

Job Description

  • Define problem, scope, priorities, and roadmap for one or more areas - accountable for what gets built and why it matters
  • Drive product calls from customer problems, platform strategy, and measurable outcomes - not stakeholder volume or competitor feature parity.
  • Weigh immediate customer asks against long-term platform integrity, extensibility, and reuse, and make the trade-off explicit rather than deferring it.
  • Set the metrics before shipping and verify that delivered capabilities produce the value that justified them
  • Work directly with engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams to shape capabilities end to end - influencing design decisions, not only reviewing them.
  • Think across problem framing, data readiness, experimentation, evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration - treating evaluation as a product requirement, not a research activity.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 7-12 years across product management, solution architecture, engineering-led product roles, or technical consulting, with genuine product ownership. Roadmap administration and requirements coordination on non-technical products will not meet the bar.
  • Technical grounding in software systems, APIs, data flows, and platform architecture - enough to reason about system boundaries and integration cost unaided.
  • Practical understanding of AI application design: how LLM-based systems are built and evaluated, including retrieval, prompt and context design, evaluation methods, and characteristic failure modes.
  • Demonstrated design influence: has changed an engineering or AI implementation decision through technical argument, not escalation.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: proven ability to create clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where the requirement is not yet written down.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a leading global setup
  • Opportunity to work on latest tech stacks.
