Technical Product Manager/Ariba System Administrator

Job description

Role Overview: The individual is responsible for managing system configurations, gathering requirements, validating solution feasibility, and executing changes within the supply chain landscape. This technical role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba and often requires close coordination with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and configure systems to ensure smooth processing and compliance.

Document and gather detailed requirements.

Validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Develop and Execute Test scenarios.

Execute system changes directly or in coordination with IT.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

Independently manage workload and provide regular status updates.

Perform reporting and data manipulation to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

o Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience and Skills:

o 5+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions, preferably in a global supply chain or shared services environment.

o Strong technical skills and experience with system configurations.

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

o Experience in SAP Ariba is required.

o Experience in SAP ERP, Joule, BTP and PowerApps is a plus.
