About the Role
Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager (10+) to build AI-first products from the ground up and scale them across enterprise and consulting environments. This role is ideal for someone with experience in building products from 0→1, identifying market opportunities, and translating ambiguous business problems into scalable product solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to bring products to life, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, consulting teams, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from idea validation to launch, adoption, and scale.
- Drive product discovery through user interviews, identifying pain points, and defining high-value product opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, feature roadmaps, workflows, and execution plans.
- Act as delegate Product Owner, coordinating with delivery teams and serving as the day-to-day proxy for business priorities.
- Translate business needs into prioritized agent/skill backlogs for AI product workflows.
- Drive discovery and feature definition for consulting-practice use cases.
- Own sprint-level roadmap planning, release planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, architecture discussions, integrations, and platform scalability.
- Work with AI/ML teams to define Gen AI, Agentic AI, and automation use cases.
- Build product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.
- Partner with clients/stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product direction.
- Identify execution risks, unblock teams, and ensure fast decision-making.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management roles.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling them.
- Strong experience in startup, product-led, or fast-paced digital product environments.
- Deep understanding of product discovery, customer journeys, and MVP development.
- Experience with AI/ML/Gen AI products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and technical product workflows.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
- Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience.
- Ability to manage business stakeholders and product decisions independently.
- Strong ownership mindset with high execution rigor.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building AI copilots, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience in consulting/product engineering organizations.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or internal product incubation.
- Entrepreneurial/startup experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with global stakeholders/clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale AI-first products.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make fast decisions.
- Candidates from Delhi/NCR are preferred
