Key Responsibilities
Automating the Merchant Journey
- Optimize and automate workflows across the merchant lifecycle.
- Implement a comprehensive CRM system to manage communications seamlessly throughout the merchant journey.
Merchant Support & Technical Integration
- Assist merchants with onboarding, technical integrations, and setup-related queries via platforms like Discord and Intercom.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a frictionless experience.
Self-Serve Systems
- Develop and implement a self-service platform to enable merchants to independently manage processes from onboarding to payouts.
Product Documentation
- Regularly update and refine product documentation to reflect new features and improvements.
- Ensure documentation is clear, thorough, and accessible for stakeholders.
Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Analyze product usage and funnel metrics to identify pain points and recommend enhancements.
- Drive improvements to optimize the merchant experience and boost conversion rates.
Requirements
- Technical Background: A solid foundation in software development to support technical integrations effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with merchants and resolve queries efficiently.
- SaaS Experience: Experience in a SaaS startup is a plus but not mandatory.
