Technical Product Lead / Solution Architect – Software, Edge & Systems Integration ( Sample JD is the below )

Location: Malaysia

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Lead / Solution Architect to own technical projects from requirement gathering through solution architecture, PoC development, integration, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Act as primary technical liaison between stakeholders, developers, robotics/electrical teams, suppliers, and end users.

·        Design end-to-end solution architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud, edge, hardware).

·        Own product backlog, user stories, and technical priorities.

·        Develop PoCs and guide teams through implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.

·        Hands-on development using Python, Flutter/Dart, React, REST APIs, WebSockets.

·        Integrate robotics data via ROS topics, APIs, and WebSockets.

·        Design data models using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

·        Deploy on AWS (EC2, Docker, Nginx, SSL) and manage Linux/Ubuntu systems.

·        Lead technical team, mentor developers, conduct technical interviews, and scale the team.

Key Requirements:

·        4+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or solution architecture.

·        ROS/ROS2, Python, C++, Linux/Ubuntu, AWS/Docker, PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

·        REST APIs, WebSockets, Figma, Git/GitHub.

·        Technical team leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Highly Preferred:

·        Edge computing, IoT, hardware-software integration.

·        Flutter/Dart, React, MQTT, Modbus, CAN Bus.

·        Kubernetes, CI/CD, Power Automate.
