Technical Product Engineering Manager

You are the lead analyst / application owner managing autonomously the day2day running of the

application, steering the evolutions and participating to the projects extending the solution +

rolling it out the new clusters. This application is embedded in a larger application landscape

hosted in the cloud.

As a member of a dynamic and diverse IT team focused on supporting supply chain applications,

digital transformation, and innovation for Flat Europe IT, taking ownership and full

accountability for 1 of the applications - fully customized in-house application designed to manage

logistics, materials, material planning, orders, and more. This position involves analyzing business

requirements, identifying technology solutions, and overseeing the configuration and

implementation of IT systems and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Success in this role requires a blend of analytical skills, and business acumen to effectively

translate business needs into actionable IT solutions in full autonomy.

Experience

8-12 years of experience (excluding of education) in technology industry. 6-8 years experience with developing complex software is preferred. Experience with managing the hypercare and maintenance of a large scale application, including follow up and resolution of Incidents, Problems and Bugs. Taking ownership and accountability in full autonomy in product development · Ability to understand, challenge, and support business needs · Ability to translate complex business requirements into understandable logical blocks that can be implemented by the developers · Excellent team player with strong English communication skills · Proactive, innovative, curious, and bold · Motivation to grow professionally in a flexible and dynamic IT team

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

· Experience with SQLBasic experience with Json, XML and REST web services

· Knowledge of Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ) or similar

· Azure DevOps / Jira / .. (or similar)

· Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

Knowledge of various Design patterns (Event Driven Design, DDD, Microservices)

PREFERRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

· ServiceNow (or any similar Service Management System)

· .NET Core
